Terms of use.
The terms that apply when you use the OMAS website. They are short, because the site is short.
Draft, awaiting confirmation by OMAS. Last updated 3 October 2026
This is information, not advice
Everything here is general information about OMAS. It is not medical, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for an assessment of someone's needs.
If someone needs urgent medical help, ring 999. For urgent but non-emergency health advice, ring 111.
Enquiries and bookings
Sending a form does not create a contract or commit either of us to anything. It means we will contact you to talk about it.
Fees and the days someone attends are agreed with you in writing before they start. Only that written agreement can be relied on.
Please keep detailed medical information out of the forms. We will ask for what we need when we speak.
Reviews you share
If you send us a review through Share Your Experience, we may publish it on this site with the name you give, once we have checked it. We will not publish anything you ask us not to, and will take a review down if you ask.
Accuracy
We keep the site as accurate as we can and fix errors when we find them. Activities, times and locations can change, so please check with us before travelling.
Other websites
We link to other sites, such as True Care 247, the NHS and the ICO. We are not responsible for their content.
Our content
The OMAS name, logo, text and photographs belong to us or the people who gave us permission to use them. You are welcome to share pages; please don't republish them as your own. Photographs of people must not be reused.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss from using this website. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
